Definitions

In the remainder of this document, we will refer to cookies and all similar technologies by simply using the term “cookies”.
Types of cookies
Depending on the characteristics and use of cookies we can distinguish different categories:
Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are essential for the proper functioning of the website and are used to manage the login and access to restricted functions of the website. The duration of cookies is strictly limited to the work session (when the browser gets closed, they are deleted). Their deactivation compromises the use of services accessible by login. The public part of the website remains normally usable.
Analysis and performance cookies. These are cookies used to collect and analyse traffic and use of the website anonymously. These cookies, while not identifying the user, allow, for example, to detect if the same user returns to log on at different times. They also make it possible to monitor the system and improve its performance and usability. The deactivation of these cookies can be performed without any loss of functionality.
Profiling cookies. These are persistent cookies used to identify (anonymously and not) the user’s preferences and improve their browsing experience. Our website does not use cookies of this type.
Third party cookiesOur website does not use this type of cookie usually associated with “social plugins” for Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, etc..
Google Analytics
This website makes use of the service offered by Google Analytics in order to have a complete and reliable service of statistics about the use of the website itself. In order to ensure as rigorously as possible the privacy of users, we inform you that we have provided for the anonymization of IPs (so Google Analytics will anonymize the IP address of the user / visitor as soon as this is technically possible in the most upstream passage of the network where the data collection takes place).
The Owner also informs that he/she has accepted the Google Analytics Data Processing Amendment made available by Google Analytics in compliance with Directive 95/46/EC. In particular, by virtue of this amendment, Google guarantees that it will process the personal data recorded through the service only within the limits of the instructions given by the operator of the website and not to share them with other Google services unless this has been explicitly requested and authorized by the owner of the website itself.
In view of the above, we inform the user that the advertising and data sharing options with Google have not been activated and that Google Analytics has not been linked to any additional service: the processing, therefore, is carried out for mere statistical purposes and therefore, on the basis of what has been explicitly provided by the Privacy Guarantor, the Analytics cookies have been equated with technical cookies and as such installed without the prior consent of the user.

Duration of cookies
Some cookies (session cookies) remain active only until you close your browser or issue a logout command. Other cookies “survive” when the browser is closed and are available on subsequent visits by the user.
These cookies are called persistent and their duration is fixed by the server at the time of their creation. In some cases, an expiry date is set, in other cases the duration is unlimited.
Our website does not use persistent cookies.
Managing cookies
The user can decide whether or not to accept cookies using the settings on your browser.
Warning: the total or partial disabling of technical cookies may compromise the use of website features reserved for registered users. On the contrary, the usability of public content is possible even if cookies are completely disabled.
The disabling of “third party” cookies does not affect in any way the navigability.
